Type C Big Bags are designed to prevent dangerous static discharges and sparks by grounding the bag itself during the filling and unloading process. This is made possible by a network of conductive tapes woven into the fabric. This is why Type C bags are used to safely transport flammable powders and can be used when flammable solvents or gases are present and the bag is properly grounded.

Construction

Two-piece U-shaped panel construction with two seams along the two opposite sides to create two panels, creating a "U" shape. Accepted as an industry standard around the world, U-Panel FIBC is the most popular FIBC form. This construction gives the bag a great lifting capacity.

Four Panel Bulk Bags (FIBC) have stitching along four separate pieces of fabric that are sewn together to build the body of the bag and have the top and bottom panels sewn together. they tend to hold their shape better than other types of bags and are better suited for stacking.

A circular or tubular bag is woven into a cylinder or tube and cut to the correct size. The most common type of construction is a circular fabric on the body with a stitched square base. As there are no seams in this construction, this creates a more aesthetically pleasing bag with only a top and bottom panel sewn into the bag.

This special Baffled construction and offers maximum stability to the bag. There are 4 baffles sewn to the main fabric at each corner to prevent the bag from bulging when filled, allowing for more effective use of the storage capacity of the bag. The Baffel Bag is ideal for light density products and can be cheaper as it increases the payload.
